There are several astrology programs that I don't explore on this website.
They fall into two categories:
1. Programs that are too inaccurate to recommend.
and
2. Programs that I do not distribute.
Programs that are too inaccurate to recommend
Sadly, there are many inaccurate astrology programs being sold (and given away).
I have tested virtually all of the Vedic programs, and with the exception of those on this website (Shri Jyoti Star, Parashara's Light, Kala, and Goravani Jyotish), the others were all fatally flawed by either having imprecise planetary calculations or no time-change atlas (or an unreliable one) or both.
Similarly, most of the apps for the iPhone/iPad and Android platforms lack time-change atlases and there for cannot be relied upon unless you first look up the time zone and time changes data for every single chart you create. Apps that do have built in time change atlases are Astro Gold, Jyotish Tools, Time Passages, PlanetDance for Android, Kairon, and AstroConnexions.
Programs that I don't distribute
There are several astrology programs that I don't distribute for a variety of reasons. But that doesn't mean that they aren't worthwhile. There are some truly powerful programs to review here.
Sirius/Kepler
Kepler was one of the earliest astrology programs created for the PC, and it has been steadily developed and improved and eventually evolved into a more complete version called Sirius.

WinStar
Matrix Software, the original developers of astrology programs for the first personal computers, created WinStar as one of the first programs for Windows.
Over time, WinStar became more and more powerful, which you can read about here.
Goravani's Jyotish/Jyotish Studio
Das Goravani was one of the first creators of software for Vedic astrology.
He designed his program to include some Western astrology features and a lot of tutorial materials. You can learn about his Jyotish Studio here.
